Guided Walks
When did you last come for a visit? See and experience the difference! Focus or fun, whatever your agenda, join us and enjoy an evening out with colleges or friends either exploring some animal trivia or considering some of the more serious issues of animals at risk, and how zoos respond to their well-being and ensure their future.
Meet in the main entrance hall and after a stroll around the park enjoy wine and cheese or coffee and biscuits while you chat to your friends.

Animals at Risk – our Role, our Responsibilities
Earth is our home; our stamping ground and a limited space that we share with other animals. How have humans threatened the animals in our mutual place of residence and endangered their existence? What are the repercussions of this? Come and find out what threats face the animals in our collection and how Edinburgh Zoo is actively involved in many conservation projects around the world.
Cost: £10.50 per person for wine and savouries; £9.50 per person for tea/coffee and biscuits
Minimum group size: 12 (sorry, no children)
Available April to September. Start times from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. Duration approx. 2 hours (tour lasts 1.5 hours followed by refreshments).
