Christmas Day
We welcome you to the Mansion House for pre-lunch drinks at 1pm, before you make your way to the restaurant for your five-course lunch.
Main Menu
- Homemade creamed asparagus soup topped with herb croutons, served with a crusty roll and butter
- Oak smoked seafood mousse, quenelled and served in a baby gem lettuce leaf, topped with lemon and dill pesto
- Roast vegetable timbale wrapped in leeks, accompanied with a crisp salad and blue cheese dressing
- Avocado, smoked bacon and blushed tomato Caesar salad

- Roast local Lothian turkey, with all the traditional trimmings and cranberry sauce
- Chargrilled duck breast, set upon a spinach and honey mash, laced with a rich raspberry jus
- Scottish salmon and fresh asparagus Wellington, accompanied with a North Sea prawn coulis
- Roasted aubergine and goat's cheese terrine, served with glazed cherry tomato salsa
All served with roasted winter vegetables and baby minted potatoes
