Christmas Party Nights
Meet at the luxurious Mansion House from 7.00pm for a pre-dinner drink before being seated in the Gillespie Suite for your three-course dinner. Afterwards, our DJ will entertain you with music and party games until 12.30am. Bar closes at 12.15am.
Special Offer: Book a Christmas party night for any Thurdsday during December and receive 2 FREE bottles of sparkling wine for every 10 guests attending.

- Chef's homemade soup of the day, served with a crusty roll and butter
- Chicken liver pate with a crisp salad, accompanied with Melba toast
- Duo of fanned melon, drizzled with champagne and wild berry compote

- Roast local Lothian turkey, with all the traditional trimmings and a rich gravy
- Roast loin of pork with a rosemary and thyme jus and caramelised apples
- Steamed fillet of Scottish smoked salmon, topped with a herb and lime zest butter
- Roast vegetable timbale drizzled with our own salsa sauce
All accompanied with fresh market vegetables and potatoes

- Baked open pear tart, topped with Chantilly cream
- Selection of Scottish cheeses with oatcakes, celery, apples and grapes
