Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions



IMPORTANT NOTE: we aim to process corporate membership packs and additional ticket requests within 15 working days once payment has been received.

  • Corporate tickets are strictly non-transferable and have no monetary value. They must not be sold on, and should be used only by people with a connection to the corporate member.
  • It is not the responsibility of RZSS staff members to book panda viewing slots; corporate members must book these in advance themselves. Admission to giant pandas requires both your corporate membership ticket and your - separate - panda viewing ticket, or entry may be refused.
  • A valid corporate ticket entitles the holder to admission to either RZSS Edinburgh Zoo or RZSS Highland Wildlife Park during their published opening hours.
  • Corporate tickets are only valid until the expiry date shown and no extensions will be made to the expiry date.
  • Admission will not be granted without the production of a valid ticket. If no valid ticket is shown current admission charges will apply, and this is not refundable.
  • Corporate membership tickets do not include free entry to our car parks – entry price for car parking is at the full (non member) rate
  • Refunds are not issued if membership is cancelled mid-term. No refunds will be made for excess tickets.
  • RZSS reserves the right to refuse admission and/or cancel membership without refund if the holder, or anyone as part of the membership, behaves in a threatening or abusive way to our staff, contractors, visitors or animals.
  • Staff volunteering days must be arranged in advance with the Development Team. Duties will be set by RZSS staff and are subject to change or cancellation.
  • Prices, benefits and terms and conditions correct at time of going to print and subject to change.
