This year we're keen to introduce new ideas, so we'll have the option for delegates to submit a poster and trade stands from some of the suppliers we've worked with in the past.
You will have a stand within the 'information area' which includes:
- 1 x 6ft table
- Allowance for pop up stand
- Access to the conference and lunch for up to 2 people for the Thursday and Friday (conference delegates only attend for a short afternoon session on the first day).
- The opportunity to include your organisations profile, promotional text and image within the delegate pack and on the conference webpages.
The cost of an information stand is £250.
Should you wish to only include promotional material within the conference delegate packs, please send us 100 copies by the 11th November 2019. The cost for this is £100.
